Czechaholics at Moravia Store

Moravia Store, home of legends, myths and musical lore, helped welcome a new band to the Texas music scene recently. Every band has to start somewhere, and Mark Hermes figured that Moravia Store is a good place for the new group of young musicians that call themselves The Czechaholics.
The core members of The Czechaholics are Mark Hermes (accordion), Brian Svetlik (drums) and Brian Klekar (sax). Texas Polka fans will recognize Mark as co-author of the hit song “Moon Over Moravia.” The two Brians are following their Dad’s footsteps onto the Texas music scene. Svetlik’s father Lawrence and Klekar’s father Eugene are with the Red Ravens.
It’s great to see the young people coming into polka music in Texas. Check out The Czechaholics!
